Pharmacist in Arizona

A license is necessary to practice pharmacy in the state of Arizona.

Requirements include:

• Must pass the NAPLEX
• Must pass the MPJE
• Internship hours
• Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Proof of legal US residency

Application also requires:

• Application fee
• Arizon Fingerprint Clearance Card

Foreign graduates and non-US citizen have additional requirements:

• FPGEC certification

Arizona also allows licensure by reciprocity.
